Get rid of annoying pop-up ads?

Need your help

Whenever I look something up, be it shoes or… No matter what I get in crome so pop up windows and that for about a year now

Why am I only doing something now? Well, it's only now that I'm bothered, and it's pretty big

Have tried a lot, for example. Downloaded malware program to look through my laptop and did nothing to run four programs over it but it comes back imma

Do you have any idea how i can get it away?

On the one hand I would tap on an add-on that is installed, on the other hand on any setting or something…

This is an Avira browser extension

Menu → Other tools → Extensions

And deactivate / delete the corresponding extension

But there's nothing

In the top right you can definitely see the symbols, so something has to be installed.
