Bluetooth connection is not working /?

I'm trying to send files from my phone via Bluetooth to my laptop. My laptop can connect (paired) but my phone can't handle it. (S8 +)

Can someone help me please?

How far have you come to the detail? Do both devices see each other?

I assume yes. You are now probably trying to "share" a file, from the phone to the PC. If you have Win 10, you have to first "File Receive" at the Bluetooth symbol at the bottom of the Tstk bar before you can send a file. If that helps nothing please give some more information.
