Bad sound in Windows 10?

I recently had the problem that when I wear my headphones the sound is pretty bad. But only with the headphones that are connected to my laptop with the cable.
With my Bluetootch headphones everything still works and the quality of the audio is also good.
I have already tried restarting and reinstalling the driver, but unfortunately neither did anything.
If anyone has an answer / solution, I would be super relieved!

Have you tested any software? It often happens that some of it gets stuck in the system.
