As soon as I connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi, it stays on for a few seconds and then there's a blue screen. I also can't get in with the internet cable because the laptop gets a blue screen. I can't access the Internet at all and I don't know how to update the driver. I already deleted the driver and reinstalled it with a restart, but it didn't work. All because Microsoft is too unable to program your software correctly. Feels like there's a new update every week which then takes 10 years to install. Is there anyone who knows what to do?
With another PC on the support page for your PC, the hardware drivers on CD or USB loading, reinstalling the operating system and reinstalling the hardware drivers should help.
Well, Microsoft only invented the blue screens to really annoy all of us, and that works wonderfully obviously even after 1998:
:-)
Seriously, the blue screens contain important information about what might help to fix the problem! So take your time and read what it says and write it here, the error message and the error code or the stop code, e.g. https://www.google.de/...CAU&uact=5
