Cheap laptop with good value for money?

My girlfriend wishes for Christmas a laptop, which she would like to use primarily for the use of painting programs and playing games like Sims 3. There should also be sufficient memory for documents, pictures, etc. Available. For financial reasons, the price should not exceed 250 euro.

The laptop can be used for Word and internet surfing, but sims will not work.

I would recommend to buy leasing returns with a 2 year warranty or a used one on ebay, because you can get something that meets the requirements.

I would save the same again and buy me for 500 euro, so you have something for longer.
