So I was told that I need a notebook for the university.
But find on all sides only 1,000 euro + expensive notebooks.
I honestly just need to be able to use the Microsoft Office programs on it, do you know a good device? Or a good site on which I find cheap?
I know Ebay already.
Look at http://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...illiger.de
There you should find something. If you only need a laptop for office and surfing etc, you can't actually buy wrong. You can do that with every laptop.
Maybe a Chromebook would be interesting for you. They are usually quite cheap.
So: who told you this and why? How does he know?
Secondly:
If you really want a notebook that is good, then there are not only new devices, but also used devices.
It makes more sense to buy a used high-end device than a cheap standard notebook.
The performance is better. That being said, it will thank you the environment and your wallet.
I buy only used equipment and drive very well so far.
How about a MacBook?

I would buy a simple office device with a processor from Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3. Then 8 GB of RAM and, at best, an SSD, as this also provides for a decent speed boost. Would I decide for about 256 GB, more you will certainly not need if you do not install other huge programs.
For example, there's the following device for only 333 euro: https://www.0815.eu/656569306
Installed here are an AMD Ryzen 3 2200U, 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD. In addition, Windows 10 Home is preinstalled. It is a battery life of up to 10.5 hours specified, which would be good for on the way, of course, not bad.
Such a device would be in your case already enough. Is the equipment also a very good value for money.
