Why can't I start my homm4?

After a long time i dug out my old original cd heroes of might and magic 4 complete edition. Autorun works flawlessly I select the basic game, click on install and… Nothing. Nothing happens. My laptop is still working properly, I can do everything on the side. What I've already tried:

Run as admin

Compatibility mode changed

searched in all forums

cd cleaned.

here is the data from my laptop:

windows 7 home premium

processor: intel core i7 - 3630QM

CPU: 2.40 GHz

RAM: 8 GB RAM

operating system: 64 bit

Graphics card: 2 x GeForce GT 650M series
