Taskbar or Desktop hangs after every start for 5 minutes c.a. On?

Recently, I had the following problem:

If I start my laptop and log in and hit any icon in the system tray, or if it wants to search something, it will hang up, it will not even get to the "quit process" message, I just can't do 5 or more minutes, I can't even click on the programs or folders on the desktop, as I think the "explorer.exe" hangs up. What could I do about it? It may also be due to a Windows Update, since we all know, Windows Update = more problems.

It got worse, wanted to do system recovery from a point of 3 days ago, wait after 1 hours, I got a blue screen with the error message: 0x000021a, did research and tried everything, nothing helps. Can someone help me?
