Bought a laptop, but only the Crome is installed, how can I install an operating system?

If Chrome is available there's also an OS (Windows, Linux etc.) otherwise Chrome won't run!

As a general rule:

Load the desired OS in the WEB onto a USB stick and install it with it (a key must be purchased with Win, free with Linux!)

If you have chrome OS on it then you also have n operating system. Windows isn't the only one.
