Transferring Sims 4 to a New PC (CD) How?

I got a new PC yesterday and wanted to ask how it is with the CD. I didn't always have the CD in my laptop just when I was installing the game. I would really like to have my old score back. Or is it all going through the Origin account?

Everything runs through the Origin account. You just have to reinstall the game once

If you have it activated on Origin then it runs over it

but to be on the safe side you should make a backup of the savegame

just google Sims 4 savegame location and copy it
