I would like to control the startup and shutdown of my Windows laptop with the power supply. In the following way, I can control my power supply unit whether it should conduct electricity or not. I would like my laptop to start up automatically when the socket is conducting, so it should start up when it is charging. If the socket then no longer conducts electricity, it should shut down.
