The offer is free with the standard options. When selling, you pay 10% of the UK fees to eBay. So 60 euro if you get 600 euro for the device.
I would say you have not sold it yet. That's why you can't see a sales commission. Ebay shows you only with what amount you are currently on ebay in the debt.
