Just google. There are at least one store of tablets, PCs, cell phones etc repaired in every major city. It's not hard to find one.

And I'm never home at 6pm anymore. Saturday does not work for laptops. It's complicated with me. That's why I have very busy people (who, for example, have 2-3 jobs) how to do it.
If the tablet is under 2 years old and purchased in Germany, the legal warranty still applies, then you must contact the dealer from whom you purchased it.
Otherwise, there are some shops where you can also send the devices. So only have a short time to send the device by mail.
