No the network key is wrong… There's a router password for the Fritz surface… In the newer boxes there are cards with both passwords on it.

I just looked, that was probably changed with the 7490 and you have to assign the password yourself, somehow you did something wrong. But finding out is guesswork.

Try it without a password. Possibly. "Passwordless login" is activated.
