I would like to become a YT letsplayer and would like to know which software (i.e. Cutting, micro, facecam, etc.) is best and which is also free. And they would also be best for Windows PCs or laptops.

And windows pc no laptop is a waste of money in my opinion
OBS is a really popular program for recording from your screen, camera and microphone. Just google after that.
Shotcut is really good as free editing software. As with all editing software, you have to find your way around first. For a free one, it is very extensive and has a minimalist UI.
As a YouTuber newbie, you surely spend a lot of money on editing software, right?
