Office 365 background effects on laptop?

This time I have a question about Office 365. Since we're currently in homeschooling and always have conferences and should turn on the camera there, I often see that the people there have changed their background, so have such cool pictures and want that I like too. However, I do not find the "background effect". When I go to the three points when I call, there's a lot but not a background effect. Is that because I'm talking on the phone on the laptop? Does this only work on a computer or is there another reason?

Yes, we did too… It didn't work for me at the beginning either, do you have the teams APP on the computer or do you do it via GOOGLE or any other BROWSER?

I'm not so familiar with it. So it opens on its own. Not through another app like google. But it would have to be the app.
