I have had a problem with Sims 4 for 2 days, whenever I want to go into build mode, it only hangs then we usually know the screen and then close the program or wait for the program, mostly I just press wait for the program If the screen is then completely white and I can't do anything anymore, then I have to switch off my laptop with the off button (which you shouldn't actually do) and yes, I have windows 10 if anyone is interested.
