Videos always rangezoomed when playing?

I just have the problem that my laptop plays all the videos (ie files on the laptop) extremely strongly rangezoomed. No matter in which player. I had the problem once on Youtube, here I could fix it by deactivating the hardware acceleration (think). My laptop has windows 10.
