I have a problem with my Acer Aspire A515 with the Intel 9560 wireless-ac.
Sometimes I start the notebook and everything runs smoothly, but most of the time I start it and instead of my Wi-Fi it shows me a kind of globe and says no net available.
in the device manager it shows me code 10, could not be started.
the globe symbol disappears again and it shows me my net, I open the browser and zack comes back the globe. It is to be crazy.
What I have tried so far:
Of course installing new drivers from Intel's website, manually and automatically.
Old driver of intel with the car turned off update windows 10 so that is not immediately discarded.
Hard drive formatted and windows 10 new on it, also not helped.
Then a software called complete internet repair, of course, brought nothing.
Most of the time I sit in the device manager and disable and activate the device until it finally works. It can sometimes take a long time for this to happen.
The problem came about 3 days after the purchase of the notebook and since then available.
What can this be? What can I do?
Edit: Before I forget, before I installed new or old drivers, I uninstalled the previous ones each time. I read that it can lead to problems otherwise
If you've used the original drivers for this laptop from the ACER support site and the bug continues to appear as described, it could be a sporadic hardware defect.
