Chromebook Linux installation goes wrong?

I wanted to install Linux on my Chrombook 314 from Acer but he always tells me that there was an error and that the setup of the Linux container was not completed. I have already tried to restart the laptop and remove the old Linux files, but neither helped.

How can lying down and can one fix it somehow?
