Aloha,
I would like to raise my laptop to the max and need your help. Does one know what the board can handle in RAM? So 2x2GB or is synonymous 2x4GB RAM? Furthermore, I would like to know which CPU for this laptop is the strongest and strongest and fastest. And no, I do not want to get a better one or whatever else I want. Because a PC I have enough to gamble. The laptop is only for travel to watch a few movies and series over it. What I know is that currently has a Core 2 Duo with 2ghz in it and unfortunately 3GB of RAM and probably ne Radeon HD 4500M series where I'm wondering that has only 64MB. Or do I have wrong driver? Anyway, the laptop has only got ne Crucial 128 GB SSD and runs about what synonymous fixer. He will soon get a 250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO.
The device must be over 10 years old. Not that I have anything against nostalgia, but getting out a lot will be difficult.
The standard measure is anyway already as you have described an SSD.
Well over 4 GB of RAM is hard to come by, I think. First, DDR2 is no longer produced (we have meanwhile DDR4) or I doubt that there are 2x 4gb modules still or that they are to get a good price, or whether they work at all.
If you wanted to use that for traveling, you would need a new battery, which probably lasts 1-2 hours if it works well.
Converting CPUs with notebooks is usually not an easy task. The bios is mostly tuned only to this built-CPU. Ie. It's not as easy as a desktop to swap a CPU. And even if, there would be no year from the year of construction, which would be a bit better.
Conclusion: buy a new device
I think T9600 or T9900 is the maximum.
