Laptop goes into sleep mode although sleep mode is disabled. What to do?

My problem is that my laptop (ACER Aspire VX5-591G, Windows 10) goes into Sleep / Standby after a short time (5 minutes?) and turns off the screen.

I have already tried in the power options to change the times, synonymous via console with the command "powercfg.exe / hibernate off" trying to completely turn off the sleep mode, but nothing works.

Are there any other ways to disable sleep mode or to change the times?

Is sleep mode at all responsible for my problem?

The Acer proprietary software (power mode setting) overrides the Windows own setting. You have to work with Acer's own software.
