Love community,
For months I used the Bluetooth function of my laptop (Acer Spin, Windows 10) without any problems. But once again restarted and now nothing works: I can't find Bluetooth in the Device Manager and according to a bug handling of my laptop I have no Bluetooth function and would have to add it with an external adapter.
How the hell did that happen? Why does my laptop no longer have Bluetooth? I did not update and did not throw it down. How can I get that back?
Did you look under the bed?
Your WLAN is still working?
Uninstall WLAN driver with Bluetooth and reinstall everything.
I have LAN, no Wi-Fi.
O.K, do not you have a WLAN card?
Almost every laptop has Wi-Fi.
Mostly a combo card, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Basically: Even electronics wears out.
It may well be that your Bluetooth chip or antenna have adopted.
In general, it is a good idea to play back a backup from a time when it was still working to eliminate driver issues.
Yes, my laptop is of course WLan capable.
Did you accidentally deactivate the card? Then your Bluetooth would be off.
