Laptop no longer connects to Wi-Fi / LAN?

My Acer laptop does not connect to my router no matter if WLAN or LAN it shows always unknown network. Why is that? PC connects normally.

Strange is the LAN also unknown network is displayed.

Sometimes connect the laptop to the phone (release the phone as a hotspot). And see what your laptop says.
