Laptop always slow?

I need your help. I turn around soon, my stupid Acer laptop has been a problem since the purchase, but at that time I could still stand it. If I want to sign up, it takes time first to ever bar appears, in which I can enter the password. After that, the picture is more often black recently, but I can see the mouse and it can also be moved. I have opened the Task Manager again and again, and see that the CPU usage is at 100 and then of course tried to solve the problem, meanwhile, I believe all the suggestions on Chip.de tried and without success. He is still slow. I downloaded malwarebytes yesterday and it deleted any files, but I'm just desperate. The laptop is not that old now, he is now three years old. The problems were there but shortly after the purchase and I thought that maybe it will be better. He was also sent in this year and have made there a BIOS update and I checked out otherwise. But apparently the problem was not there. Today he crashed twice, on the grounds that there were problems with the PC. I'm just going crazy because I'm a student and nowadays there's nothing left without a laptop or PC in my studies.

Which hardware is installed?

Which process causes the 100% CPU utilization? Maybe the CPU will be too warm?

is

Open Task Manager → Click on "Startup" → deactivate everything that should not start directly with the PC.

Enter "Background apps" in Windows search → open (should open "Settings") → "Allow apps to run in the background" to "Off".

Enter "Adjusting the appearance and performance of Windows" in the Windows search → open → "Adapt for best performance" → Apply.

Enter "Apps & Features" in the Windows search → open (should open "Settings") → uninstall everything there, which you do not need.

In addition, a background image with low resolution speeds up the startup process.

Although the problems may not be manufacturer-specific, I advise you not to buy an Acer laptop the next time. My own opinion, I'm not telling you based on your statements. But would not you think so either way?

I would not now try to fix individual problems, but directly perform a complete reinstallation on a previously created installation media. How this works, I can explain you more exactly if necessary, if you tell me your operating system.

And as already mentioned, an SSD can provide a speed boost. But your problems certainly do not occur due to a missing SSD, if you really only have one HDD. Is your device getting very warm? Would not be new at Acer. If your problems persist even after reinstalling, I'd rather think about a new device. It does not have to be that expensive either.

Which device do you currently have? The exact model name can be found by opening the command prompt (cmd) and typing systeminfo. Right up there you will find the entry "System model".

Not meant to be evil, but it's unlikely that the device will get faster again by uninstalling a few programs, especially since the problems seem to have been pretty early. Nowadays pretty much any device should handle a high-resolution background picture as well as a few visual effects ^^ If not, that would be another reason for me to look for a new device.
