I have an Acer Aspire VN7-591G with Windows 10 Pro I have a Bluetooth problem it no longer connects devices when I switch off to Bluetooth the symbol disappears and it is permanently on and can't be deactivated no matter whether via quick start or directly in the bluetooth settings in the device manager it sometimes shows a yellow exclamation mark sometimes and paired devices can no longer be deleted I just removed the Wi-Fi / bluetooth chip and re-installed it unfortunately without success the drivers from the acer side are not successful.
Anyone have an idea why?
