New Acer notebook just causes problems?

It's about the Acer Notebook A114-31-C6RC.

I bought the device new and I don't get along at all…

1) Do I have the feeling that no full Windows 10 version is installed? There's no start menu at all and the whole device is only about any "endless" apps. How do I get the classic Windows 10 start screen and menu?

2) I can't download or install anything. I'm then constantly referred to the App Shop on this device.

3) Since I don't have a start menu, I can't even switch off the notebook.

It just doesn't work and I can't cope… Really frustrating…
