Same steam account on 2 PCs?

Hyho I have a program called facerig which ensures that I can control a character via my webcam (vtuber) but unfortunately my pc is so poor that most games lag so I asked myself whether I could control facerig via my laptop while I was record would have to be logged into steam on the pc and laptop because facerig is a software from steam and the games mostly run on steam

Could use the family library from Steam, because online with one account is not possible at the same time, so you would need two accounts and connect them.

The new account must have spent 5 euro or have 5 euro in credit in the account. But I don't know whether this is mandatory for the family library.

As far as I know, Vtuber do not use Facerig, but other programs.

I have my account on my PC and on 2 laptops. But I can only start software or a game with one person at a time. So if you don't want to start something from Steam on both, you can just log in and start. The same programs may even be installed, only executing may not happen at the same time

I use facerig but ^^ hand tracking doesn't bring me anything with lets plays ^^

So if it is only facerig because of the software, then I would not make a special family account, then I would buy it new, on a second account, and that's good. Otherwise, if you often need something like this with several programs, then a family account is worthwhile

For information, my channel is a lets play channel and Facerig, as you know, makes characters as a facecam replacement and because I just use a 2d char for only my pc is in the knees because facerig does not have a few graphics and processor needs the question ^^

Well, I have a different stzeam account but facerig is not in the family library anyway, because as long as I'm in a game, the programs can't be used my library is only released if I don't play ^^
