Acer Aspire 5 Black Screen?

Hi

I bought an Acer Aspire 5 a few weeks ago and only used it 4-5 times because the screen often does not turn on / black when you turn it on, but it gets brighter for a moment and then completely black again. I have also brought the laptop to the dealer, where he worked flawlessly of course… The laptop remains black, or he is not black if he turns on correctly.

Maybe someone has a solution for me?

Could be due to memory… But I would try it again at the dealer (maybe take a video in advance so he does not feel ********) ;-)

I showed it to him, and he tried again and again in 3 days and always worked with him without problems. Thanks for your answer, sry did not help out helpful
