Cmd befell not working?

I would like to find out the Wi-Fi password of my Wi-Fi because my mum changed it, but it doesn't matter. In any case, when I enter "netsh wlan show profile name = (Wi-Fi name) key = clear" I only get something like this:

And I wanted to ask you what I'm doing wrong?

The Wi-Fi from which I want to find out the password is from FRITZ! BOX

The laptop is from ACER and runs Windows 10
