is a graphics card important for something or not? Or what is the graphics card important for except for games and films? I only do PowerPoint, Word, Inventor and programming.

The thing only has an internal graphics chip, no graphics card.
You don't need a real graphics card for Office and such.
No, you don't need a dedicated graphics unit for office stuff like that. But so that you can still play a few games, I recommend buying a laptop with a Ryzen processor
An onboard chip is sufficient for office & co. Completely off.
With a laptop everything is "onboard" anyway.
So for school purposes it is completely sufficient.
But you say that you also use Autodesk Inventor. He's not enough for that.
Inventor's system requirements are at least 2.5 GHz base clock -> the laptop does not. It only has 2.4 GHz.
16GB RAM -> is fulfilled.
At least 1GB VRAM graphics card -> The laptop only has one graphics chip which, as far as I understand it, accesses the RAM as VRAM. So it is not fulfilled either.
So: With the laptop you can do school supplies and office without any problems, but Inventor can't.

For PowepPoint, Word you actually don't need a graphics card. The graphics card is actually not absolutely necessary for Inventor, but I know a few colleagues who say that a graphics card is important for Inventor.
I would recommend looking for a laptop with a graphics card for the same price (e.g. AMD Radeon would be ok).
