I have the problem that my cpu loud 5 programs is about 95% and that with a CPU utilization of 31%
hhomework moitor shows, for example, that the cores at 97 degrees and the packgage is 48 degrees
when booting up the laptop, the core temperature is already 85 degrees
I even clocked down the laptop to 1.1ghz but nothing has changed
Cooling feels normal and there were no crashes or other mistakes
also the cooling is running at 100%
is something broken (sensor etc?)
is that normal?
