I bought a notebook HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0660ng with a GTX 1050 (TI) on March 8th, 2020
With Cinebench R20 a CPU core gets 95 degrees immediately
The others, on the other hand, remain cooler
How can that be?
(I don't overclock the CPU)
It is used the most. Better cooling can help. Place something underneath so that air can circulate better. Or open the fan and put new thermal grease on it
I already have everything
Perhaps the core has been used more than the others for a long time and has therefore warmed up earlier. Laptops often get quite hot and when it gets critical the PC switches itself off or slows down the performance, so you don't have to worry about damage.
It's very strange. Maybe a processing error. Could be that there's no thermal paste over the core.
I had a similar problem with gaming. Then I reduced the 100 percent maximum load to 95 in the Windows energy saving settings under processor, and now my CPU runs without FPS problems with only max. 80 degrees instead of 95
