Acer laptop deeply discharged?

Hey Today I dug out my laptop (acer aspire vn7-791) which I haven't used for about 2 years. It turns out that he is deeply discharged. I have now plugged it into the charging cable for 10 hours, but not even the LED, which lights up when you load the laptop, lights up. I have already tried the battery reset button at the bottom of the laptop. Unfortunately I can't just take the battery out and wipe it because it's built in and I would probably only break the delicate cables that need to be disconnected to get the battery. Can I try anything else?

No I think he's dead, how old is he?

pe

4 years I think. Perhaps the cable is also defective

Bo

You can try it with a new cable.
