I need helpful answers to my question about my laptop. For some time now, whenever I see the "Acer" logo after pressing the power button and press the Enter key and then "Windows is loading", it shows that:
Then I press Enter again and the process repeats. What should I do?
Read the error message and go to troubleshooting with the information. So what have you done?
That's why I try to make myself smart here when I have a good question. I have no idea what to do. Do you have any idea?
PS: Of course I read the error message.
Remove the device from the mains and briefly remove the battery, switch on…
That sounds like a USB connection is no longer in order. Try unplugging all devices and then restarting the computer as it says 😊
See how you can get into the bios / Ueif with your laptop. (Usually it is "DEL" or "F11" very often when the Acer logo appears. If it is not, google it afterwards)
Your drives will then be displayed somewhere there. When you get there, what disks are there?
The way it sounds to me, your hard drive is gone.
Could I do something when my hard drive is over?
PS: Thanks for your advice.
The problem is that no USB port is connected. But thanks for the advice.
A measure is already there. Make sure that all removable data storage devices are connected correctly and restart the computer.
This is the easiest thing to control. Unplug everything you don't need.
You have given no information about the operating system used. There are 1000de laptop models from Acer.
Have you checked the hard drive using the Windows CD and system repair? You can also try starting with a Linux Live CD and looking for the hard drive.
There's no point in overwhelming you with information if you have so few facts.
I would take the device to the dealer and ask for it to be in working order (guarantee?).
If that doesn't work, I would reinstall the operating system.
If that is not possible, I would download and install Linux Mint Cinnamon free of charge from linuxmint.com. Libre office, Thunderbird, Firefox, Mediacenter, image processing, ripper, VLC and many other full versions are then permanently available and a virus scanner is not required.
Then the hard drive as above
Yes expand, use a new one and then if necessary see if you can say what is important. There are various options for something like this, depending on what it is and how much effort and money it is.
Currently ssd disks are quite cheap, a little under 100 euro per terrabyte
What was the issue?
