Bluetooth connection not possible?

I have had a problem with bluetooth on my laptop for a long time (Acer Aspire 3 A315-55G)

I can't connect my laptop to a bluetooth box or headphones. The devices are paired, but the following message appears when I click on "Connect": "That did not work. Make sure that your Bluetooth device can be found and try again."

I've had the problem since I installed an app to update drivers on my laptop… I also completely reset my laptop afterwards. Without success.

I ask for help. (I can still send files via Bluetooth and receive them from e.g. A cell phone.)

I have the exact same laptop and same problem with galaxy buds. Nice that I'm not the only one. Whenever I try to establish a Bluetooth connection, it shows me that it is not possible to establish a connection. Strangely enough, the buds can't be removed from the device list, let alone clicked on. I don't know why that's also a new problem for me. It's probably the driver, because I don't know what else could be the cause ^^

Thank you for your answer. At least I'm not the only one with the problem. Have wireless headphones from JBL and a headset from JBL…

@EpicMansion I'll get an adapter now. Maybe then. I'll let you know if it works.
