Notebook reset, now the quick access is gone?

I need help with my broken (?) Notebook.

I managed to factory reset the device and am in the process of setting it up again hoping it won't cause any more problems. I noticed that the quick access has disappeared from Explorer:

It should look like the picture, but now the whole red circled bar is gone. How do I get it back?
