Windows 7 problem (Wi-Fi off, power options can't be opened)?

I'm now asking the question again because I have rediscovered something.

Last night I tried to reduce the brightness of my laptop (Windows 7). At first I had trouble with it and probably clicked a lot.

When I turned on my laptop today, I noticed that the design is different than before (taskbar is suddenly white, for example), I can no longer open power options, it is no longer connected to the WLAN and I can no longer change the volume (is silent all the time).

I'm really asking for help on how to fix this problem, because I still have to do my homework and can't continue in this state.

Have you ever tried to bring all of these (actually, they are actually just small things) to normal individually? I just looked at the energy option (Win10!) To do nothing to all of it (you can change at least nothing about it) even if you don't come in. I would start with representation and design. Then network

And volume turned off?

Yes, I have, but the designs are somehow different than before, I can't change a lot. The volume is set to mute and as soon as I click on this speaker it only comes that a troubleshooting has been completed and below it says "Found problems: Hardware change may not have been detected.".

I'm assuming that you would have written it to us rein So you didn't do anything. Except for energy options. No hardware. Sounds like something was mercilessly lost, back up data first if you don't have a cloud.

I found something

I took a look at it, but unfortunately I didn't find anything called Fast Start or Fast Booting. But thanks for the help. If you can think of anything else, please let me know!

Aw

Look, I didn't find that earlier

Thanks, but I have Windows 7 and unfortunately I can't do anything with it: /

Then it would be very simple to try something yourself, or just look for the relevant in the link. (heise.de/tipps-tricks/Windows-7-reparieren)

Because what I can search the web, you can certainly also…
