I bought a new iPhone today (xs max) and wanted to download a backup of my old iPhone via iTunes. After I connected the phone to my laptop (which is also from apple) and pressed to restore backup, you had to enter a password, because the backup is indeed protected. I've already tried it with the password from my laptop, the Apple iD and my phone - everything seems wrong to me (although the passwords are correct). Now I do not know - are there any other passwords or what did I do wrong?
