Shut down Windows 10 during the setup process?

I have ordered a laptop, but I would like to send it back and have therefore reset the Windows. After that I landed again at the institution (say Wlan, password set etc). Now there's no shutdown button in this "state". Is there perhaps a key combination with which one can solve it manually?

Since you want to send it back anyway, you can quietly shut it down as described above with a "hard shutdown" (power button long (up to 15s)).
