Windows 10 setup process after restart?

I've had an Asus notebook with Windows 10 for a few months. I shut it down today and back up, but after logging in, I was shown the setup process. I did the entire setup again, after which I came to the desktop. All data is available and no other changes have been made. I also had no update. Now I wanted to ask why I had to do the process again.

I already assume that it was part of an update.

So

I have 4 PCs and the exact same problem. Seems to be a bug that doesn't affect the PC. (Windows 10 1909 18363.815)
