Why can't I connect my laptop to the WLAN?

My laptop is only 4 months old and he has somehow had problems connecting to the WLAN for a month.

The exact problem lies in the fact that my laptop does not show the available networks if I do not click on it when opening the network and Internet settings.

Sounds like a driver problem somehow. Find the device name in Google and download the driver for your operating system from the manufacturer page. You can also look in the Device Manager, if the WLAN module causes any problems.

Then there's probably more of a problem with the operating system. One can try there the integrated system repair: CMD open as Admin, "sfc / scannow" enter and restart later. This may fix problems.

For Windows 10, pressing the Windows key is enough to start typing.

Otherwise:

Windows key + R → CMD

And then enter and then shut down and up again?
