Which msata SSD?

I'm thinking of installing an msata SSD in my old laptop (Thinkpad x230) to give it something fresh again because I still use it a lot for writing because of the top keyboard.

However, I don't know which ones and there aren't that many reviews about msata SSDs. At first I was quite interested in the Transcend 230S mstat ssd because it also has DDR3 cache at a price of 25 euro for 128gb, which many cheaper ones do not have, but there are a few bad reviews on Amazon which deny a lot of heat development and worse Read and write values as a good HDD lead after longer use. I think that this was not noticed in the reviews of the normal Sata version because they can better dissipate the heat due to the larger form factor. The next option would be the Kingston A400 in the msata version, but here were again many reviews that criticized a very short lifespan of only a few weeks.

Since it's my 2t laptop, which only cost me 200 euro (refurbished) anyway, I don't want to spend 70 euro on a Samsung 850 EVO.

So my question was, had someone already installed one of the above mentioned msata SSDs and can tell me more precisely or who has a recommendation for a good cheap msata ssd in the 128gb class and under 45 euro?

MSata is not worth it.

Better take a normal Sata SSD.

Maybe I should add that I would like to have the HDD installed, because it offers 500 GB and I use this space for my videos and photos, but I don't want to give the field for a 500 GB SSD, I just want the laptop it no longer takes almost 2 minutes to fully boot up, which means that if I have to write something, I turn it on and start in a few minutes, like with my fujitsu tablet (although this is worse in terms of CPU and RAM, it feels faster due to the SSD ) I don't need top performance Just a little faster.
