I bought a new PC that is about 1/4 more powerful than my laptop.
However, I noticed that this is very slow (e.g. In Minecraft).
I sometimes only have 30FPS in Minecraft, whereas I had around 80FPS on my laptop.
Can someone give me some advice on what could be the problem?
Further information:
Operating system: Windows10Home (installed without license)
Hardware:
AMD Ryzen 3 4300GE (4x3.5Ghz)
Grafick (card): onboard
RAM: DDR4 8GB
SSD: M.2SSD 128GB (+ external SSD 250GB)
Can be because you have an integrated graphics card and it gets old at some point. So better save on a gtx 660 or higher if you want of course. Then Minecraft and other games should work better for you.
But my laptop didn't have a graphics card either and was faster, despite the fact that the new PC was supposed to run faster, so the graphics card is definitely not the problem
Well, "actually quite faster" does not apply here by a long way.
What you have there's enough for office work, but not for gaming.
And since nobody knows the hardware of your laptop, nobody can say whether the PC is better or worse.
My old laptop has 2 cores and a total of 2.4 GHz. There's an I3
And an "office PC" is enough for Minecraft
Obviously that's not enough, otherwise you wouldn't ask.
