What can I do about this slow notebook?

The notebook Lenovo Y720 15IKB with i5 7300HQ is relatively new. New set up and furnished. 8GB DDR4, GTX 1060. The thing takes 4 minutes to create a world in Minecraft. It's so slow. Normal everyday tasks such as launching a browser should run smoothly thanks to the 4 cores to Turbo 3.5GHz and the SSD. But everything takes ages. I've updated drivers all over Driverbooster. What can I do against this slow mode? The thing costs new 1000 Euro. A bit slow for so much money.

Are MC / Browser / OS also installed on the SSD?

So

Tip 1 would be that you activate the 4 cores of the CPU also under Windows, that gathers unfortunately only one. Assume that you are using Win10:
Enter in the Cortana search field msconfig then ENTER
Then in the new window on Start and then Advanced Options.
Set the number of processors and tick the number of cores. Then restart
Next, I would throw down such things as Driver Booster, who always lolls in the BG and eats Ressis. It works without it.
Then check out if you can turn off any superfluous services and also the "MS telephony home".
Now you empty the folder Cache, TMP and Prefetch under Windows, which gives a little bit of order and a few ressis.
Try the first so far and write if something has changed.

A list of all installed proggies would be helpful and also which Win10 version, ie Home or Pro, etc…
