I have an old, good Eizo monitor, has only the old connectors. Kannman somehow connect to a modern device with USB inputs?
No, not if it does not have an external port for image transfer (such as "VGA" or even "USB Type C" on the side of the laptop).
The old monitor will surely have a VGA connection. So you would need an adapter from one of the Latop video outputs to VGA - you have to stop googling.
Eizo sounds like tube monitor. The should have a VGA connection and with an adapter from DVI to VGA it should go.
Much more like 1024x800 but the monitor will not bring - so I would save the effort.
