Windows network problem?

I bought a laptop, thought everything was OK until now, wanted to connect to the Internet, but I don't have any network hardware…

I informed myself on YouTube and went to Device Manager where I should uninstall the adapter, but I can't find anything with a network or anything that points to the Internet!

The laptop has a LAN connection and a WLAN function…

Can it be that the previous owner has deleted the driver, etc?

If so, how can I get this without internet access and without a CD?
