How can I restore deleted emails?

I have set up my laptop again and forgot to save the emails… So my question whether and how I can restore them. It is an A1 account. Unfortunately they are no longer in webmail.

Request an answer in favor of my stupidity…

Emails are usually stored in the cloud. Which provider do you have? Those that were in the local archives are gone. That's why you set up the PC again so that everything is gone.

Way is possibly only that which was overwritten.
Perhaps the mail file can still be found with Recurva.

Would be a question of how you set up your mail server. As IMAP or POP3? In the latter case, they are simply gone. Completely away. ☻☻☻

in the former case, they should still be on the server.
