I have a Gamine laptop Asus G752

NVIDIA GTX 1060

I bought a new mixer, the Behringer Xenyx 802.

As a mic, I connected a Neewer nw-700. The mixer is not recognized.

I connected the mixer with 2x mono 6.25mm jacks (red white) that leads to a 3.5 jack in the laptop on the 3rd line. It is not recognized and I have no idea what to do. There are no drivers on the Behringer website either.

Do you have any idea about it?

You can't control it with a jack either - this is purely for audio transmission. For this you need a data line such as B. USB.

The mixer has no USB connection?

Gr

Already peobt to try another port?

Under device manager you can uninstall it if it is somehow recognized (must be plugged in) and then plug it in again

Maybe the cable is broken?

This is a purely analog device. This can't be recognized because it has no USB connection.

What you need is a digital mixer which can be connected to via USB.

Gr

Oh ok thought you connected it via usb

ignore my mistake winfach

It is also an analog mixer. This can't be controlled via the PC. For this you need a digital one with an interface.

I don't want to control it on the pc. I connected my mic and mixed it a little bit that I would like to transmit on the pc. Quasi ts Discord Twitch etc. Doesn't it work with this?

Can you hear yourself on the mixer headphones? With a Behringer uca 202 you can go via USB and improve your sound

Un

Okay good to know that there's an extra sound card for that, I thought that I would have to send the mixer back.

I used to do that too. Behringer Mixer and the 202. Today I have a Yamaha ag 06 that is great. Super interface in there.
