Have a Rode nt1a, an XLR cable, the Behringer xenyx 1002 and a y cable to the laptop. Everything does not work. Do I have to set something? Have a driver for the xenyx searched, but that does not synonymous iwi… My laptop does not show the Rode but synonymous really, where it indicates a conexant, what the Rode works, but… Well… Play via headphones does not work on the mixer synonymous. Do I have to search for a driver or so again?
The Xenix does not need a driver because it is connected via the soundcard. Is not a USB version. The Y-cable connected to the Main-Out? If you connect headphones to the console do not you hear anything? Then it is difficult to say where it is missing. Is then very front. If you connect an mp3 player what is? You would have to see how you set that up. Photo? Does the level control on the desk indicate something?
From the headphones I hear only myself, what the micro picks up, but nothing from the laptop
Did you connect the aux output computer to a channel on the mixer?
Jap. So the laptop has only one jack connection and that is connected to the desk
Is that about a combo jack and you have no splitter off?

Either interface / external sound card via USB or splitter cable
So. In order to get your microphone signal into the computer you have to connect your mixer via the main outs to the line IN of your computer. So at the entrance.
So you can first bring all the signals that go into the mixer in the calculator.
Backwards is difficult! You could connect via the Line OUT, so the audio output of your computer back to any input on the mixer.
BUT! This creates a loop! So everything that is played over the Out on the PC goes through the mixer and back to the PC! This can end quite deadly. For example, For your ears, if it happens unintentionally.
Maybe it can still be done by connecting it to the track-in and then pressing the switch 2-TR to CTRL-Room and the 2-TR to Mix NOT! But I'm not sure…
There's still a possibility!
You can also get out via FX Send. So via FX Send out in the line IN of the PC. Then just turn up the FX Send knob to which the mic is connected and the Level knob to 0!
All other FX sends then have to 0, unless you want to send a signal to the computer.
From the line out of the PC, you can then return to any input on the mixer without looping (FX knob to 0!) And then use the main out for speakers or something.
Would a splitter of this kind make sense?
I would prefer a USB port over interface because it turns off (in 99.9% of the cases) bad soundchip of your PC. Such a good microphone and such a big chip. It's a pity about the work. The mixer will not help you there. I have a 1202 here and I know what I'm talking about. I bought a Yamaha AG06 a few weeks ago. There's a good chip built in and it's fun to record.
Cheapest interface Behriger UMC22 for 35 euro
Better Focusrite Scarlet solo 85 euro
Otherwise, get the splitter. Whether your micro input but the power of the output of your mixer tolerates? I doubt it a bit, but I do not know for sure.
Here the interface is very simple, but should solve your problem. Did that earlier on my laptop
USB in the calculator, mixer in the input. Then it should work as well as mine
